Come and speak to BT about their new home phone service, Digital Voice
Landlines in the UK are going digital by 2025.
Although the landline isn’t going away, we know that you might have questions or would like to know more about this industry-wide change.
Throughout February, we’ll be heading to towns and cities across the West Midlands where we’ll have a team on hand who can tell you what Digital Voice is, why the change is necessary and what it means for you.
You don’t have to pre-book, just turn up.

In November, Stratford-on-Avon District Council’s Cabinet agreed to establish a Stratford-on-Avon Community Climate Change Fund (CCCF). The purpose of the CCCF is to enable the delivery of climate change focused projects within the communities of Stratford-on-Avon.
The following groups will be able to apply for grant funding through the CCCF:
The CCCF will fund projects which meet one of the following criteria:
£100,000 will be awarded across two phases, with £50,000 being available in each phase.
The first phase will open for expressions of interest from Monday 22nd January 2024, and will close on Friday 9th February.
Applications will be considered in two stages. Firstly, you will need to submit an Expression of Interest providing preliminary information regarding your project. If your Expression of Interest shows that your project fulfils the overall eligibility criteria, you will be invited to submit a full application. Details of the full application process can be found in the Grant Process document below.
To submit an Expression of Interest, please complete the Expression of Interest form below. Upon completion, please submit your form by emailing it to climate.emergency@stratford-dc.gov.uk.
Please ensure you can demonstrate compliance with the eligibility criteria detailed on the form before submitting your Expression of Interest.

Avon Dassett Parish Council will be held holding an extra meeting at 7pm on 29th January 2024 at The Reading Room.

The annual Christmas gathering will take place at the redundant church of St John the Baptist on 17 December 2023.
Villagers are invited to drinks at the Old Rectory from 5 pm. If people could bring a few mince pies, that will be much appreciated.
The carols, led by Father Bill, and co-ordinated by Sally, will start about 6 pm.
Please join friends and neighbours for this annual coming together.
